Welcome to the Website for the Rope Quays Residents' Association at Rope Quays, Gosport, Hampshire. The Rope Quays Development is set in tranquil landscaped grounds and overlooks the Marina and Harbour at Gosport, the Spinnaker Tower and Gun Wharf Quays in Portsmouth. The aims of our Association are to ensure that the buildings that comprise the Rope Quays Development, are maintained to a high standard externally now and for the future. Internally we wish the common areas to be serviced in the correct manner and to be redecorated when required. The Property Management Company looking after the Development must meet these requirements in full. Our Residents' Association will work hard to ensure that there is no dereliction of duty on the part of the Property Management Company. All charges levied on the residents will be monitored carefully. We are entitled to a stress free life at Rope Quays and will not tolerate any lowering of standards or unfair charges.
